Itsu Gyoza Packaging

I led the packaging redesign for Itsu’s gyoza range, overseeing the project from concept to final artwork. We moved away from the previous black design to a clean white layout with bold, appetite-driving product photography to boost shelf standout. I art directed the photoshoots to ensure the visuals aligned with the refreshed brand aesthetic. This new look became a defining direction for Itsu’s wider portfolio, influencing the packaging design of the bao buns, brilliant’broth, and chilled to-go range.
